Saturday results

Uíbh Laoire 1-11, Aghada 0-7. With 12 to go, Aghada led 0-7 to 0-6 and then Chris Óg Jones decided enough was enough and scored 1-4 in 9 minutes

Aghabullogue 1-10, Ilen Rovers 0-7. I heard Ilen have a full 15 in Australia

Castletownbere 0-10, Macroom 0-8
Kilshannig 0-10, Rockchapel 0-6

Looking at the table, Uíbh Laoire and Aghabullogue are flying and Ilen, Macroom, Aghada and possibly Bandon. in trouble

Nemo Rangers 1-11, Naomh Abán 1-11

Saturday results

Aghabullogue 1-12, Uíbh Laoire 0-13. This win for Aghabullogue gets them straight into a semi final. UL into quarters. Chris Óg Jones (0-3 play) went off injured very late

Nemo Rangers 4-7, Bandon 2-10. An exciting game here, Nemo came back after being 1-5 to 0-1 down
Apparently Bandon just held onto the ball in the last 4 minutes or so when they heard other results going their way (to avoid relegation) and Nemo weren't bothered. However, it appears Nemo are now out as a result
Ouch!!!!!

Rockchapel 0-10, Castletownbere 0-10.
A couple late scores from CTB not enough. They're knocked out now

Kilshannig 3-10, Macroom 1-8. Kilshannig win all 3 games and look good

Aghada 5-11, Ilen Rovers 1-10. Apparently Ilen arrived late and it showed. How can any team arrive late for a championship match???

Naomh Abán 1-9, Bantry Blues 1-7. Both qualify

Semi finals
Kilshannig v Uíbh Laoire or Bantry
Aghabullogue v Rockchapel or Naomh Abán

Top part of that draw looks really tough

Relegation is between Ilen Rovers and Macroom

Macroom will survive simply because Ilen look to be in the horrors altogether
Dancing with the Stars champion Macho Man doing a great job with Macroom 😂😂😂Pointless after 3 games.
Money well spent out in Mid Cork
They haven't been the same since the by pass

Naomh Abán 0-9, Rockchapel 0-6
Uibh Laoire 3-10, Bantry Blues 0-13. Ohh, big result for UL there. Chris Óg Jones played and scored 2-3 from play, he's really stepped up with his club recently. Ruairi Deane played CF for Bantry, 0-1 from play

UL play Kilshannig next
Aghabullogue v N Abán

When I was a boy if somebody told me that someday Inchageela would beat Bantry in a
football match I'd make an urgent call to Lee Road begging for the lads in the white coats to
come quick.
All Cork need now is another decent sniper with Chris Óg and a replacement for an aging Maguire
in MF, and we might surprise a few pundits.

Kilshannig 2-11, Uíbh Laoire 1-11 AET
UL will feel they should have won this, led 1-9 to 1-5 with 5 minutes left but conceded 4 points in a row
I think UL had only 14 men for the extra time

A brilliant final ended in a draw, Aghabullogue 1-14, Kilshannig 1-14. End to end stuff. 2 late points from Kilshannig ensuring a replay

A very good game spoiled by that flute Mulcahy with his high pitched descriptive adjectives of even the
simplest basic football moves.
Paddy Kelly we could do without too. Who needs an ex intercounty footballer to tell us after every score that A did this and B should have done that.
Having said that, my congrats to Rebelsonline for great coverage but please don't inflict Mulcahy on us for the Nemo v Haven match today. The guy who did the Glanmire v Boherbue game is way ahead and easy to listen to.

Kilshannig 2-10, Aghabullogue 1-9

While not as high scoring, it was another brilliant game from listening on the radio
KS led by 6 at HT, Aghabullogue stormed back to within a goal but KS finished it off

Kilshannig were junior in 2019 and have appeared in a final in nearly every year since as they go up to Senior for first time in 30 years
