They have already qualified and play Tipp next week. So one has to presume they played within themselves

Donal O'Mahony is over them, who else is in there with him? Is Wayne Sherlock invoked?
Doesn't sound like the same set at up as last year

You'd like to think so, but it didn't look like that.

A replica of the senior game....physically no match, cleaned out in the air, horsed out on the breaking ball, not tracking runners, Cork being made to work hard for their scores, Limerick popping points without a glove being laid on them in acres of space.

Not a pleasant watch.

It really is depressing reading comments about tonight and about Sunday last.
We really have to ask ourselves what kind of game we want to play in Cork. There is absolutely no excuse for yet another limp performance in a championship match, being out fought yet again is simply inexcusable.

Where are we going at all?

What has the lovely game of hurling come to?
I note a poster over on the place yonder giving one of our lads credit
for being our best player to come out of rucks with the ball.
Sweet mother of St Jude, Gerald, and John Fenton didn't allow them ugly things to happen. The sliotar would be at Seanie or JBMs feet before you could blink. They might even accidentally hit a high one in but sure Cummins would win that and tap it to JBM or Seanie.

Jack Leahy dropped off the the match day 26 is very strange. He came on in both games so far. Gained possession and win a vital free V clare and got on the ball v LK too. Kevin Lyons the same. Overall the team looks better than the last day. Good too see Flynn on the bench.

Tippy tappy fuck acting around with the sliotar by Cork leads to a Tipp goal and judging by their INSISTANCE on doing it, there's more to come

Afraid to say Ben O Connor has been caught a few times and again for the second goal. Too much rugby. Take him off

Jesus, supporting Cork used to be a joy... It now requires medication to get through each game

This is a disaster. Tipp well in top. All over our midfield. Every time they run at us they score

Again there seems to be a directive or something where Cork teams play systematically and can't seem to play what's unfolding in front of them... Cork players once more chasing shadows

This team is a rabble and they don’t know how to tackle or win breaks, this is a coaching disaster and once again we have a county board appointing fellas as it’s the easiest thing to do

I'm struggling to express what I've just seen. One of the worst Cork hurling performances I've ever seen. All ireland medal winners all over our team and they produce that muck?

Shocking from players and management. Do they even know they are playing a munster championship knockout game?! Fucking HIT someone ffs. The HB line might as well not be there, acres of space. They just don't mark their man, Tipp having a great time waltzing through.

Game over against a team we walloped 3 years ago. Awful shit

This could turn into a hammering. Cork seem lost since the second goal. Our HB line look like they don't even know who they are marking. Tipp put an extra man in front tig Calahane and our scores dry up? Wheres our extra man then? The tackling is non existent. Tipp throwing the ball around with ease and could be further ahead. Looks like the seniors all over again. Will this nightmare ever end.

No way O'Leary will start with the seniors on this performance. O'Connor was roasted for the two goals But Leary could have at least blocked the run in the first. Another game over at half time I fear.

Kilkenny changed hurling in the 2006 AI final. Its 2022 and Cork GAA still hasn't realised this
